Crocshost terms and policies
CrocsHost Terms and Policies: Every customer who purchases at CrocsHost understands and accepts the terms and policies of our company.
Inodes Use Limits on Hosting Accounts: Each hosting account has an amount of disk space, because the hosting servers are shared, no abuse of resources is allowed, consequently our plans are limited in the number of disk inodes (each file on the server), to prevent problems and affect other users of the server, and thus ensure its stability. Plan Limits: (Starter – Inode: 100.000 ; Unlimited – Inode: 200.000 )
Domains: CrocsHost is not responsible for domains not renewed on time by customers. The recovery of a domain causes additional costs. CrocsHost reserves the right to work with any domain provider and move domains if necessary.
Dedicated Servers and VPS: Due to the delicacy of the data handled by different clients and the personal configurations they have on their server, we only offer technical support services in relation to connectivity and hardware problems, each client must have a sys admin (System Administrator) who admin the server. In its defect those clients that have Cpanel Licenses can open a ticket from https://tickets.cpanel.net/ or from its WHM from the Support Center option. It should be noted that the backup of the data is also the responsibility of the customer.
Registration Data: in order to enjoy the services offered by CrocsHost must provide data and information in order to identify and be added to our database. Additionally, we remind you that CrocsHost does not share or sell data from its customer database. We guarantee 100% confidentiality of the data you provide.
Backup: All the sites of the hosting plans are backed up by our company in external servers, we only guarantee backups of sites with less than 2 Gb of occupied space, in such sense it is important that each user makes a backup of your website and keep for their records. The vps services and dedicated servers are not supported by us, the user must back up their sites. All backups are made between Saturdays and Sundays of each week.
Uptime: Our guaranteed uptime is 99%.
Activation Times: Activation times depend on the product and the time the payment is made. However, the vast majority are activated automatically if the payment was made from the same bank. Products such as VPS, dedicated servers, radio streaming can take up to 24 hours to be installed and fully configured.
Warranty Policies: CrocsHost has a refund policy of 7 days from the date of purchase, this is only applicable to hosting products, the refund is 100%. Domains, VPS and dedicated servers do not have refunds.
Payment Verification Times: Your payments have a maximum verification time of 48 business hours.
The services contracted to CrocsHost must be used exclusively for legal purposes, and our servers may not be used for:
- Disclose or transmit illegal, abusive, defamatory, racist, offensive, terrorist or any other information susceptible to objection, either through photographs, text, advertising banners or links to external sites.
- Publish, transmit, reproduce, distribute or exploit any information or software that contains viruses or any other harmful components.
- Software or other material that is not original, infringe intellectual property rights, publish or provide material or resources on hacking, cracking.
- The use of phishing.
CrocsHost has a strict position regarding SPAM. The customer is obliged to make the correct use of the service. Failure to comply with this point leads to immediate suspension with or without notice of contracted services, which may be removed.
Failure to comply with any of these terms or any other information that CrocsHost believes to be improper and inappropriate will result in the suspension and/or elimination of any contracted product.
